Hunting & Battling

Battles take place in locations labeled PVE and PVP, which are displayed on the «Map» page. Once you enter the selected location, you will see a list of enemies living in it, their levels and characteristics.

hunting

Before you can engage in combat, you must find your opponents. The hunting process takes from 1 to 60 minutes, with an average of 30 seconds to find one enemy. Once you have fully completed the hunt, you can encounter up to 120 enemies. For every 10 levels of agility, you will receive +1 additional enemy. For example, if your agility level is 100 and you hunted for exactly 60 minutes, you will get 120 enemies plus 10 additional ones due to your agility level.

hunting

The player's presence during the hunt is not necessary - you can do other things. Only one location can be hunted at a time. When you start hunting in a new zone, the progress of the previous zone will be reset.

You can attack a selected group of enemies or all of them at once. Combat continues until you or your opponent runs out of health. Battles are instant, without waiting, and after the battle statistics are available: amount of experience and gold gained, damage dealt and received, critical hits, etc.

Battle system

The combat system is a complex algorithm for turn-based combat between player and monster, taking into account multiple parameters such as defense, critical hit chance, evasion, health regeneration, etc.

Key points
  • Player and opponent take turns taking actions. Each character has a turn, and only one of them acts at any given time. at any given time.
  • The system provides chances for critical hit, evasion, second hit, health regeneration, etc. This adds randomness, making combat less predictable.
  • Instead of manually controlling every aspect of combat (as in games with active tactics), the fighters' actions are automated, and the system itself calculates outcomes based on stats and odds.
  • If the fight process is prolonged for more than 25 rounds, a fatigue effect is added, which reduces the physical and magical defense of opponents by 2% with each round.
  • If the fight goes on for more than 50 rounds, a paralysis effect is added, whereby the opponents can no longer move and the fight ends. The winner is determined based on the amount of damage dealt. If the same amount of damage is dealt, the defender wins.
  • If your physical defense is 5 times your opponent's strength, he will not be able to damage you with a normal strike. In this case, only a critical hit can deal 1 unit of damage to you. The same principle applies to intelligence and magic defense.
  • In all other situations, your opponent will always deal at least 1 unit of damage per hit unless he misses. A critical hit, on the other hand, will deal 2 damage. Also remember that the higher your dexterity, the higher your chance of dodging an attack.
  • If you attack an opponent (NPC), you will always deal at least 1 unit of damage per hit, regardless of their defense level, unless they dodge.

The battle system is constantly updated and gets new mechanics, making battles more exciting and unpredictable. Choose the right skills and effects, experiment and find the best strategy for you.

Monster effects

Some monsters have special effects that influence the battle in different ways.

monster effect

Effects affecting the player: These effects are applied to you, the player, when you fight the monster. The higher the monster’s level, the more likely it is that it has one of these effects, and the stronger the effect.

  • Decreased Regeneration Chance - reduces your chance to regenerate health.
  • Decreased Evasion Chance - reduces your chance to dodge attacks.
  • Critical Reduction Chance - lowers your chance to deal a critical hit.
  • Decreased Combo Attack Chance - reduces your chance to perform combo attacks.

Effects protecting the monster: These effects reduce the damage the monster takes.

  • Decreased Magical Damage Taken - reduces the magical damage received by the monster by a certain percentage.
  • Decreased Physical Damage Taken - reduces the physical damage received by the monster by a certain percentage.

Some skills help counter effects on the player. For example, increasing your critical hit chance or accuracy can compensate for critical reduction or evasion penalties.

Observing which effects appear on which monsters helps you choose the best skills and tactics for each hunt.
