Story

The world of Areldor is a vast and ancient kingdom steeped in magic, history, and deep traditions. The forests, mountains, and plains of this land are home to many races, each living in its own way, often without interfering with one another.

All these kingdoms lived in relative peace for many centuries, maintaining a delicate balance upheld by the wisdom and diplomacy of their rulers. Despite existing conflicts and disagreements, a common alliance and respect for traditions helped preserve harmony. Yet, beneath the peace lay an undercurrent of unease, as if the very land whispered of impending change.

For centuries, deep beneath the earth of Areldor, ancient and sinister beings known as demons have been concealed. These creatures were embodiments of primal darkness and chaos. The demons were not always trapped in the bowels of the earth — once, they roamed the surface of Areldor, spreading destruction and chaos. However, after the great war, in which all races united to save the world, they were sealed deep within the earth's core by powerful spells cast by ancient wizards. Magical seals bound their power and prevented them from returning to the surface.

Their imprisonment lasted for thousands of years, until the dwarves began to dig too deep in search of the rarest and most powerful mineral — Astralite. This stone contained magical power that could become a source of unimaginable might. The dwarves of Gorgrimm saw in Astralite a way to strengthen their cities, weapons, and armor, giving their people a tremendous advantage over the rest. They dug deeper and deeper, unaware that their greed and pursuit of power were disturbing the peace of an ancient evil.

The dwarves, realizing their guilt for awakening the evil, began searching for a way to atone for their mistakes, sending envoys to other kingdoms in the hope of finding allies. However, tensions between the races began to rise — humans, elves, and sylvanars blamed the dwarves for the events unfolding. The world was rapidly approaching chaos and desperately needed heroes capable of uniting the peoples and saving Areldor from inevitable destruction.
