Each player can upgrade their skills using gold. Skills are the basis of all battles and help determine who will be stronger.
Basic Character Skills:
- Strength - affects damage from melee and ranged physical weapons (daggers, swords, bows, spears, etc.) and the chance to strike a second blow.
- Intelligence - affects the damage of magic weapons (staff) and the chance to strike a second blow.
- Dexterity - affects critical hit chance and evasion.
- Endurance - affects the total amount of health and its regeneration (the chance to regain health in combat).
- Defense - reduces damage from melee and ranged physical weapons (daggers, swords, bows, spears, etc).
- Resistance - reduces damage from magical weapons (staffs, wands, books, scepters, etc.).
Passive Character Skills:
- Chance of a critical hit - increases the chance that your attacks will be critical, dealing double the damage. A critical hit can significantly change the course of a battle, so increasing this chance allows your character to be a more dangerous opponent.
- Chance of evasion - increases the likelihood that a character can dodge enemy attacks. Dodge can save your life in critical moments of combat by avoiding damage.
- Chance to regain 10% of health - gives your character the ability to regain 10% of maximum health after a successful attack. This can significantly increase your survivability in long battles.
- A chance to strike for a second straight - gives your character the chance to perform a second strike immediately after the first, increasing the total damage in combat. This chance can be especially useful against enemies with high defense.
Each player chooses what skill to pump, based on what he pumped and what he wore, players can be divided into classes:
- Warrior - Strength + Physical Defense/Magical Defense + Dexterity
- Tank - Stamina + Physical Defense + Magic Defense
- Assassin - Dexterity + Strength + Physical Defense
- Mage - Intelligence + Dexterity + Physical Defense
Skills upgrading
The Combined System is used to increase skill levels. At the first levels, pumping is cheap (linear progression), but at higher levels a percentage increase is added. As skill levels increase, a percentage growth limit is added. At high levels, a soft logarithmic increase is applied to smooth out the cost at later levels.
The higher the hero's level, the greater the discount on skill upgrades: for example, at level 100, the discount on skill upgrades will be around 80%.
